We are in winter, viruses and bacteria are upon us.

How to pass this milestone naturally with efficiency and relief?

Thanks to essential oils!

What are the preferred oils, and how to use them effectively and safely?

Essential oils contain fantastic properties and virtues, in more than one respect, plants surpass us, if only in their resilience and resistance. Essential oils contain natural active ingredients. However, it is essential to use them with caution to reap all the benefits.

* It is wise not to use essential oils during pregnancy or breastfeeding, nor in children or people with pathologies such as asthma, epilepsy or with a history of hormone-dependent cancers.

* To maintain all the properties of essential oils, it is essential to create a therapeutic window. Generally 3 weeks of use for 1 week off or 5 days of use for 2 days off or stop using essential oils after the symptoms disappear (in the case of winter ailments for example).

* * Never put essential oils in the eyes, in the ear canal or on the mucous membranes..
